Grapefruit mizuna salad [Gluten free , vegan]

材料
水菜 ….. 40g
グレープフルーツ ….. ½個
紫玉ねぎ ….. 1/8個
ラディッシュ ….. ２個
お酢 ….. １小匙
パルメザンチーズ ….. ½小匙
粒マスタード ….. １小匙
塩 ….. １/8小匙
胡椒 ….. 1/８小匙
メープルシロップ ….. ½小匙
Ingredient
Mizuna ….. 40g
Grapefruit ….. ½
Red onion ….. 1/8
Radish ….. ２pcs
Vinegar ….. １tsp
Olive oil ….. ½ tsp
Whole-grain mustard ….. １tsp
Salt ….. １/8 tsp
Pepper ….. 1/８ tsp
Maple syrup ….. ½ tsp
【作り方/How to】
春の爽やかな甘酸っぱいグレープフルーツサラダの紹介です。
A refreshing sweet and sour salad for your spring table.
１、水菜を5cm程の長さに切ってグレープフルーツ の皮を縦に切って出来るだけピンクの身だけを切り出します。
１、Cut your mizuna into 5cm length and cut along side of the skin of grapefruit as shown and slice so that you are only left with pink parts.
２、ラディッシュと紫玉ねぎを1-2mmに薄くスライスして水に5-10分つけておきます。
２、Cut radish and red onion into 1-2mm thin slices and soak them in water for 5-10 mins.
３、次はドレッシングのビネグレットです。お酢、オリーブオイル、粒マスタード、塩、胡椒とメープルシロップを泡立て機で乳化するまでよく混ぜます。
３、Whisk vinegar, olive oil, whole-grain mustard, salt, pepper and maple syrup in a bowl till the vinegrette is almost milky.
今回使った井上らんたい漆器さんの久留米籃胎漆器
今回サラダを盛ったのは井上らんたい漆器さんのバゲット皿と桜型の小皿です。
小皿はスパークリングドリンク（ミント添え）の受け皿として、そしてバゲット皿はサラダを盛ってます。
シックでマットな漆が綺麗な色の食材を目立たせます。
For the recipe introduced, I used their baguette plate for my salad, and sakura coaster plate for the drinks. The beautiful lacquerwares is not only attractive, its hand made pattern is always unique to each one and will surely make your table more enjoyable.
井上らんたい漆器
これらの井上らんたい漆器さんの芸術品は福岡県筑後地方の吟味された真竹のみを使用して年のうち１１月から１２月に切り取った真竹だけを使うんだそうです。
何度も塗り重ねることで強度が増し、酸やアルカリにも強い漆器が生まれます。
また、重ねた色を研ぎ出した独特な模様が藍胎漆器の特徴です。
最近では色んな色の籃胎漆器が出来るようになり、緑や青系の綺麗な発色は、本来『漆塗り』では出ない色味で、藍胎漆器の新しい挑戦の中で誕生しました。
使えば使うほど美しい渋みがでる漆器なので、時間が経つごとに様々な表情を楽しむことができるのです。
また、きちんと乾燥させて加工した竹は、湿気や乾燥による膨張が木よりも少ないと言われており、軽くて丈夫なので長持ちします。ぜひ皆さんも手にとれる機会ができればと思います。
Inoue-rantai lacquerwares are work of art that is from Fukuoka prefecture. They exclusively use selected parts of bamboos that are cut from November and December only from particular area. A commitment only artists alike would understand.
Recently discovered skills have allowed its artists to be able to create green and blue lacquer plates which are usually uncommon in the traditional lacquerwares as these.
The colors of lacquers tend to set in as you use and take good care of them and will show unique hue of its own. They are also light, last for years, strong to humidity and dry environment as they are not made from wood.
