レシピ
材料
8cm位のどら焼きの皮が約８枚焼けます。
A.
米粉 ….. 150g
ココナッツシュガー ….. 20g（好みの砂糖でも可）
塩 ….. 少々
重曹 ….. ３g
B.
アーモンドミルク ….. 200ml
みりん ….. 1 大匙
醤油 ….. 1 小匙
C.
粒あん ….. 100g (好みで増やしてもよい)
Ingredient
You can make about 8 pcs of dorayaki pancakes (that is approx 8cm) to make 4 dorayakis.
A.
Rice flour ….. 150g
Coconut sugar ….. 20g (sugar of your choice)
Red onion ….. 1/8
Baking soda ….. 3g
B.
Almond milk ….. １tsp
Mirin ….. ½ tsp
Tamari ….. １tsp
C.
Red bean paste ….. 100g (or more)
【作り方/How to】
体に優しい米粉のどら焼きのレシピを紹介させていただきます。
Rice flour based Dorayaki, a sweet red bean sandwiched by Japanese pancake like patties.
１、A材料をボールに入れて生地を良く混ぜて、冷蔵庫で30分〜一晩寝かせます。
１、Mix ingredients of A and create a mixture and let it sit in the fridge for 30 mins to overnight.
２、Bの材料を良く混ぜてAの生地に入れて良く混ぜます。
２、Pour in mixed ingredient of B into mixture of ingredient A.
３、テフロン加工のフライパンに生地を流し入れて弱火で焼きます。表面にプツプツと気泡ができてきたら裏返して１分ほど焼きます。
３、Heat non-stick frying pan, on medium low heat, slowly drip the mixture onto the pan, like a pancake. Cook about 2 minutes until the surface of the pancake has a lot of bubbles and the edges become dry. Flip over and cook 1 more minute.
4、2枚1組にして粒あんを挟んで出来上がりです。
4、Spread and sandwich the red bean paste with dorayaki pancakes and you are done!
今回使った井上らんたい漆器さんの久留米籃胎漆器
今回どら焼きカットを盛ったのは桜型の小皿です。
可愛いらしい花の形が甘いお菓子と良い組み合わせになっています。
使い方は色々ありますが甘いおやつタイムにも良く似合うお皿です。

井上らんたい漆器
これらの井上らんたい漆器さんの芸術品は福岡県筑後地方の吟味された真竹のみを使用して年のうち１１月から１２月に切り取った真竹だけを使うんだそうです。
何度も塗り重ねることで強度が増し、酸やアルカリにも強い漆器が生まれます。
また、重ねた色を研ぎ出した独特な模様が藍胎漆器の特徴です。
最近では色んな色の籃胎漆器が出来るようになり、緑や青系の綺麗な発色は、本来『漆塗り』では出ない色味で、藍胎漆器の新しい挑戦の中で誕生しました。
使えば使うほど美しい渋みがでる漆器なので、時間が経つごとに様々な表情を楽しむことができるのです。
また、きちんと乾燥させて加工した竹は、湿気や乾燥による膨張が木よりも少ないと言われており、軽くて丈夫なので長持ちします。ぜひ皆さんも手にとれる機会ができればと思います。
Inoue-rantai lacquerwares are work of art that is from Fukuoka prefecture. They exclusively use selected parts of bamboos that are cut from November and December only from particular area. A commitment only artists alike would understand.
Recently discovered skills have allowed its artists to be able to create green and blue lacquer plates which are usually uncommon in the traditional lacquerwares as these.
The colors of lacquers tend to set in as you use and take good care of them and will show unique hue of its own. They are also light, last for years, strong to humidity and dry environment as they are not made from wood.
